Ever since I was little I would love to watch my grandma America (yes, that's her name)bake all types of deserts. She would put me on the kitchen floor with some pans and uncooked rice so I could make believe I was baking...
When I was in school, I was always the one who would bring the desert to the school activities.
When I got older, my aunt started to pass me down Mamamia's recipes (Grandma America's nickname). Up to this day I still receive more and more recipes from her... I'm always trying new "stuff"! I have tons of baking books and
I've taken 4 different courses in baking; from basic baking to sugar flowers...
You start baking for your family and little by little word gets around and you start baking for a living! I love it! :)
